Our Business Model
Our business model utilizes an approach which draws from both the Distributed Development and Virtual Team paradigms. Under our hybrid paradigm, a team is comprised of a team lead and select subcontractors who posses the required skills that are needed for a given project. The individual team members may be in the same location or separated by great distances. Internet-based tools, including: project management, source code repositories and version management, email, and voice/video over IP (VoIP) are used to coordinate the efforts of the members of the team.
